A sports newspaper reporter in Brazil for four years. Then a press officer for the Brazilian Paralympic Committee for five more years. It was about time to start taking better care of myself – both physically and mentally – right? That is why I started running and carried that habit when I moved to Toronto, Canada. And that is why I want to show that it does not take any super power to be a runner.
